Thanks Doug.
The two DMV's I've been to don't seem to know anything about it. They weren't real helpful and indicated the current registration was ok.
So how would one go about "correcting" one's registration to SPCN, assuming they have the paperword to support an SPCN? Get a VIN confirmation first? Are there any steps published anywhere?
Apologies if there is a good checklist or procedure published somewhere, I just can't seem to find it.
