Looking good! I'm about 3 hours from you now, livin' in VT. We'll have to get together at some point. I'd love to see the car in person!

Just got my Webers dialed in & popped another head gasket. I need to pull my motor & have it gone through. Don't know when it'll be on the road again, but I know we're up for some East Coast sight seeing.

Off to Panel Craft for ally rear flares with rolled edge, ally boot and ally hood skin attachement to frames...... The additiion of the aluminum to the glass shell is working out nicely. After the body was attached to the frame it is one solid car! The doors are super solid and close with confidence!

Future color of this car!

Ok, very excited about the battery box as it is so correct. Right down to the heat shield, did not want me to post until insulated and painted but it is awesome and fits like a glove.

Top notch quality and top notch accuracy....

That's great! I didn't know Nick made a battery box. Adding that to my list!

Jeff it is looking good. Question about your bellhousing..Is it for a large or small flywheel and is it aluminum or iron. I have been working on my coupe and it will be no fun to get the engine and trans in and out. I think I will have to install the engine first and then the trans from the inside. Something else is the engine on your car centered in the frame or offset. On the coupe the engine is lowered 1 inch and offset 1 inch to the passenger side. Do you have the driveshaft yet. Is so how long is it . center to center of ujoint. They appear to be verry short.....6 to 8 inches. I kind of think I should have built a car similar to yours. I might have a hard time getting in and out of a coupe. Mark

Hi Mark, his drivetrain is like 427 offset 1/2" to right. Lesher with the old CCX/Upstate Coupe narrowed the frame at the rear to sit beside it and get some headroom.

Nick are you saying that 289 leaf spring cars have the engine offset 1/2 to the right? Mark
