Mmmm......First of all MR D40 .....are you MECHANICALLY MINDED or QUALIFIED to attempt the works yourself???
....or do you by chance work for NSW-RTA  .. ..
...if not sell your house ,quit your Job and move to TASMANIA...and then build your dream!!!!
