I wasn't going to take public my case with Sandersons but since I am invited to do so here it is.......
I had Sandersons block hugger on my car and since the passenger side was too thight to the frame I took it out and sent it back to them ....They called me around the 27-28 dec. letting me know they would build me a new one using my old one as a pattern at a cost of 200.00 dollars...didn't argue on the price perfect I was happy!
Since then many times I tried to get in touch (e-mail,fax,phone call)...no returns.....receptionist very "un-cooperative"....I guess they're just non-interested. But any business should let this be known verbally (non-interest) rather the customer trying to figure it out.
So if they made a good job on yours,good for you,but I can attest that's not always the case! |
