Tim,
I'm a little leary of those type mounts, particularly on a fan, which weighs a few pounds. The main concern is whether it will eventually cause stress cracking of the radiator core.
I fabricated aluminum and stainless brackets to mount two pullers behind my radiator, but I did it as I built the car. I can imagine it being a lot harder on an assembled car.
