Torque settings for re-installing a clutch

Can someone please tell me what to lbs to torque the flywheel bolts to?
Also what to torque the pressure plate to???
I am using a 95 flywheel, which using metric threaded bolts...
I got some bolts from a hardware store, I sheared one one head... Someone told me to torque the pressure plate to 50 lbs... Now I am thinking that statement might be wrong...
