Torque settings for re-installing a clutch

Can someone please tell me what to lbs to torque the flywheel bolts to?
Also what to torque the pressure plate to???
I am using a 95 flywheel, which using metric threaded bolts...
I got some bolts from a hardware store, I sheared one one head... Someone told me to torque the pressure plate to 50 lbs... Now I am thinking that statement might be wrong...

According to my small block ford book....

Flywheel - 75 to 85 pounds

Clutch Plate - 12 to 20 pounds

and get the right bolts. Either after market flywheel/clutch bolts or from a Ford dealer. Don't mess with the hardware store stuff here. Plus the Ford bolts come with a thread locker allready applied.

I just went through this.
I am not sure about the pressure plate but the flywheel:
60lbs if using arp lube
75-80lbs if using oil
hope this helps

85 on the flywheel, 22 on the PP get new bolts too, don't reuse those old stretchy ones.
