I've got your engine set up and I'm running the twin 9" pushers (they were already installed and weren't sufficient alone). I added a 16" thin profile spal puller fan, put all three on a thermostat and haven't had a problem since.

After a good hard ride.....oil pressure is over 50, temp is below 190, she idles and no new dents. LIFE IS GOOD!
