Not Ranked
When I did mine, I was advised to grease the skids by pre-meeting with the supervisor first ( at the San luis Obispo DMV). He spent about 15 minutes going thru it with me and we scheduled an appointment with a "counter clerk" on another day.
The supervisor reviewed it with the counter cleck and my appointment took only 20 minutes and I was out the door with my SB100 number.
No drama at all.
Cheers
