Default Lykins Motorsports 418W, 540 hp, 586 lb-ft

Did this one a few months back...

Factory 351W roller block, with a Scat 4340 4.100" stroke crankshaft. K1 rods, with Mahle pistons. One of my custom hydraulic roller camshafts with OEM style Ford Racing hydraulic roller lifters. AFR 220cc cylinder heads with a Performer RPM Air Gap intake.

Customer will change to throttle body EFI after installation, but we dyno'd this one with a Holley 830 dyno carb.

Peak hp was at 5700 rpm.

Nice.
Do you sell the valve covers? Are they aluminum?

Yes, when available. They are Blue Thunder, cast aluminum, and hard to get a hold of.

Do you have any concerns about the 2 bolt mains with that much torque output? That's a bunch.

No sir, I've built quite a few at that level without issue. If it were a higher rpm drag race engine or similar, then I think an upgrade would be prudent, but it's just a street cruiser on street tires.
