Factory 351W roller block, with a Scat 4340 4.100" stroke crankshaft. K1 rods, with Mahle pistons. One of my custom hydraulic roller camshafts with OEM style Ford Racing hydraulic roller lifters. AFR 220cc cylinder heads with a Performer RPM Air Gap intake.
Customer will change to throttle body EFI after installation, but we dyno'd this one with a Holley 830 dyno carb.
Do you have any concerns about the 2 bolt mains with that much torque output? That's a bunch.
No sir, I've built quite a few at that level without issue. If it were a higher rpm drag race engine or similar, then I think an upgrade would be prudent, but it's just a street cruiser on street tires.
