Just another suggestion...
I've got a Tundra as well and when I put on a plus sized wheel/tire combo, I got a lot of wheel shimmy at around 60. The reason I was getting it was that the Tundra has a hubcentric mount as opposed to lugcentric. The hub is 107mm and my wheel center bore is 110mm. Even though the wheel/tire setup was road force balanced with the Hunter GSP9700, the wheel was slowly shifting until one side was against the hub and there was a gap on the other side causing the vibration. The solution was getting 4 aluminum hub rings machined to take up the slack. If your setup is hubcentric you might want to check this out.
