What is the CFM rating a single 44 idf weber?

My 347 has a 650dp, rpm air gap, 10.1 comp, 238/248@.050 solid flat tappet, 4.1 rear ,tremec, weekend cruiser.

If I was to change the 650dp over to twin 44idf's would I increase torque? hp? Or is it not worth the trouble?
