your best cam choice for a fe
what has been your best cam choice for your fe? I'm building a 428 .40 over with c4 heads ported with cj valves , 10.4 comp and a c3 2x4 intake with 600 holleys (vac)...so what cam did you like best in your 428 fe power'd cobra?

Ford had an factory cam for the 428cj racers in 68 that was hyd flat tappet
C8AE 6250-D (memory???) ran real good even on street

Where do you want the power to be? Up top or down low? Do you want to install it and forget it, or do you want to run valves once in awhile?

Dial in the cam for your estimated cruise rpm, thats what I did. Otherwise the engine is not happy and MOST of your driving IS cruising!
