Okay, I am getting nervous now...I get back from Iraq in about two months and will have a new BDR waiting on me. I used to have a form from Texas used to register component cars, but have had a couple of computers crash since then and can't find it. I thought it had provisions/exemptions for emissions??? Also, I thought only certain counties had emissions requirements?

What will Titles Unlimited do for you, and what does it cost??
