If it has always been only 25 psi it could be a restriction somewhere that has now caused a crack or a leak of oil into the coolant.There is really nowhere in the engine that the oil should mix in the coolant even with a blown gasket.A head gasket would put coolant in the oil, not oil in the coolant. Very curious!!!??
