I can say with certainty that the grip of T/A radials hasn't changed in 40 years. I had them on my '73 Trans Am and high performance traction was pretty much non-existent. They'll drive fine on the street but you'll be real disappointed if you're going to the track for drag race, autocross or high speed open track running. FWIW.
