Caravan W/A S&E ?
Yeah, getting back on track here....
Back to the UDDER subject at hand.......
Frank posed the question about a S&E before the BRIC.
Knowing Frank, he'll want to get together for breakfast
about 3:00 o'clock in the morning.
Where and when ?
Frank try to make it kinda on the way there (not to close to your house)

No, they never met, but the picture with Yee at Road America was taken about an hour after the first one in my post. The woman in the second picture in the blue CSX car on pit road is Irene (one of the few people who have driven my Cobra).
Yee and I, also at turn 6

I just noticed your tag line. Shouldn't it read, as follows:

Rick,
If you want to attend the tail gate party you are more than welcome. It is open to ALL Cobra people. After the event that the OCC put on London; y’all certainly qualify.
It would be a nice road trip for you Guys.
Seriously, Road America is one of the premier tracks in the country. It is truly beautiful. This event attracts some of the best Vintage racers around.
I have seen original Cobras; GT-40’s & even a Daytona Coupe – (not really sure that it was original…...the owner claimed it was…..who knows????). There are all kinds of Formula cars and Can Am racers and truly unique machines. You guys would have a great time.
So, what do you say?

Thanks Rich! I have been to Road America a few times back when we raced Formula Fords. I will be in South Carolina on that date so it would be one heck of a drive! Now if Pat Buckley comes......

Guys,
Concerning a S&E before the Road American trip…
Snake Oil is correct, I’m a morning person, 5:30AM to be exact, and suggest arriving at Road American around 10:00AM. (This would provide ample time to meet Rich, find suitable cobra parking, tour the track, and provide the opportunity to watch the time trials.) Since it’s about a two hour trip to Road American, how about meeting at the I-94 Lake Forest Oasis at 7:00/8:00AM? It has a “Mickey D’s, Starbucks etc. Anyone hungry can grab a nosh and we could caravan to RA after breakfast. (Incidentally, if anyone’s interested, Road American makes a mean ham and egger sandwich.)

Are tickets available at the event saturday morning? I'm not yet positive I can make it so I don't want to buy in advance.
S&E at the Lake forest oasis is a good spot to meet. From there it will take about 1hr and 40mins so we should leave by 8:00 to get there before 10am. I should be there between 7-7:30.
Frank, what is a nosh or do you mean nausea since it is McDonalds. Although their breakfast burrito is not to bad with plenty of salsa to keep it safe.

I just got word that my new diff won't be here until the 19th so I will miss that. However, I have alternate plans:
#1 I will sell my new diff coming the 19th to Sid and buy another one I just found to get me back on the road by the BRIC.
#2 I will pay half of someones track fee if I get to ride Sid's seat.
