Ok, I got the day off ,to go drag racing, but I won't drive my Cobra down the strip I may break something :like a drive shaft , wreck my car or something else. Heard that can happen. Ok let the put downs , cheap shots and personal attacks can now begin. Oh, and my car is blue.

Default Show of hands

Who among the "Windy City Cobra Club" actually plans on showing and racing.

Just trying to get a feel for who's all going.
Let' see so far We have:

Bob M
Chris D
Wolf D
Mike M
Fred M
Jimbo
Sten
Arcy
Sid-olina

We might actually wind up with a decent race.
Any other takers?

We usually head straight up Rt. 72 and stop for Breakfast in Genoa. We then continue up Rt. 72 all the way to the track.

It is Spring Grove Family Restaurant 682 Park Ave. <Hwy 72 > Genoa 815-784-5568 . They have a back room reserved for us . And yes the food is very good . It is on the far west end of town just before you go under the train tracks on your right . There is parking in the rear for trailers. Time has been in the past 8:00 Correct me if that isn't the right time .
