Not quite Dave, a RWC is only needed for NEW club reg applications from Feb 1, and only for vehicles post 1948. If the vehicle is pre-1948 then the existing requirement of club scrutineer/safety certificate is still accepted.
For post 1948 vehicles that are already on a club plate prior to Feb 1, no RWC is required to keep that club reg current going forward.
