rwillia - maybe it is in the definition of roller vs turnkey ??
if my interpretation is correct, ROLLING COST defines the cost of the roller and thereby excludes the cost of the engine/trans and install fees .
If so, car was undervalued and therefor under taxed - vs a turn key car with ALL fees included.
or, what am I missing ?
I had a friend get hammered after the fact when motor vehicle department figred out they only taxed 'part' of the total cost.
