Hello Club Cobra Members,
My name is Dale Schaller and I am Sales and Marketing Manager for Eight Stack Injection and I want to thank all the members that took time to reply to Brent's introduction.
I would like to give you a little background on how our company started. Bob Hockenberry, who owns Accuform Mfg a machining company in Youngstown, Ohio, bought the company from Dynatek Racing in November of 2010. I came on board in December of 2010 and from that time until July of 2011 we have been working on improving the system. We redesigned the butterflies and the throttle bodies themselves making the tolerances thus repairing the air leakage around the throttle shafts that cause some problems tuning the system. We redesigned the manifolds and are now making the small block Ford manifolds in house. We made new throttle linkages and are now offering three different types of ECU's, FAST XFI, ACCEL and PERFORMANCE ELECTRONICS. We have tested them all and there is a VAST IMPROVEMENT over the unit Dynatek Racing's ECU. We wanted to make sure that all the problems that the customers of Dynatek Racing were having were addressed prior to us starting to market the product. We know we only have one chance to make a first impression.
Along with that we had former Dynatek Racing customers call us to help them get their cars running and it was important to us to make sure that all the people who spent their hard earned money get the value that was promised to them. So we took back 12 former customers systems and tested them, for free, to see if their systems had problems and flow tested them on our flow bench. We called each customer and told them the results and some of them needed new throttle bodies and some new butterflies and some were OK just needed some help with the electronics. We replace the throttle bodies for our cost and did not charge any labor. We have gotten feedback telling us that the systems are now working properly. If there are any Dynatek Racing customers that are having problems with their systems please contact us and we will do all we can to help you. Customer satisfaction, a quality product and honesty are our core values and we know that in today's market place that is essential for a business to prosper.
To reply to the people that said our website was flawed we had our website designer go over each word and he did find some problems and we corrected them. Thank all of you who pointed this out to us, we will become a better company listening to our customers and people who have had experience in that area. We are working hard to improve the site and our presence in the market. We are developing new systems and constantly improving our existing systems.
Again, thanking all of you for your input as we value each response. HAPPY HOLIDAYS !
Dale
