Update on the engine... I wasn't able to sneak away from work to go to the tuning today but just spoke with the builder and the vacuum secondary is working properly with a lighter spring and they were then able to tweak the timing as well. Final result is 482 hp at 5300 and 502 ft. lbs torque at 4400. I haven't seen the printout yet, but he indicated the torque is above 475 at 3500 and stays up there until north of 5500, so I'm pleased with this.
