Hello Taylor, thank you for coming on to inform us of what's you've been dealing with. Two big wammies hit you.

I'll need two floor mats, but no hurry !

All the best,
Kevin

The current Finishline's poor customer service predates the CA fires. This is not a fire related problem although I am sure the fires do not help. This is a business mismanagement related issue. Anytime your credit card is charged before the product is shipped you are looking at a company with cash flow problems (probably mismanagement related) or some type of questionable business practice. Reputable (and well managed) firms will only charge your card when the product is shipped not when you order it.

Vintage Wheels (who advertises on the site here) also has a very nice selection of Cobra accessories and components that they resell. The link to their Cobra Parts Page is => Vintage Cobra Parts. While not as comprehensive as Finishline they cover many of the more frequently used components. There a number of other providers that do not advertise on CC but still have a good selection of parts. You do not need to endure the Finishline indifference to your business.

Kev, this was just a copy of what Taylor posted on FarceBook, not here. Your request has fallen on deaf ears and eyes.

I wanted to add this from my experience with Finishline recently. Placed two orders a week apart. It should have been one order but my cranium was up my rear end! Anyway, both orders filled and I received both about a week after placing the orders. No issues with Finishline at all.

Larry when you go to the Finishline site. Which part are ordering from? Finishline or Cobra performance? I have ordered from Cobra Performance part of it and never had a problem. Finishline has never had anything I was looking for. But then again I am only looking for stuff that fits an original type car.

Yeah, I should say that I order from Cobra Performance for parts to fit original type cars. Virtually everything I'm buying is small stuff that couldn't be found anywhere else. Not the kind of stuff Finishline sells. (front steering column mount was one part)
But while they are two different locations, it's the same management and ownership, isn't it?

Larry

Ordered from Finishline over a month ago. No responses to emails and such. Just reached out to get the charges canceled. Shame. Need Side pipe Heat Shield Clamps as the rivets on mine busted.

I recently (2/13) placed an order for wing windows. After 3 email and 3 phones calls I finally connected with the one guy working on the orders - he was working on orders from mid January. Was pleasant enough once I able to talk with him. I guess just allow plenty of lead time.

Not sure how they could claim to not have anything to do with each other:

Larry that is why i said I dont know how it works but that is what I was told. I guess I have never gotten anything from Finishline but that is where I go to get the number for Cobra Performance. Cobra Performance also has something to do with Cobra Experience I believe.

Apparently someone was looking for a hat which caused them to hit my site from a link on this thread? Not sure how that happened...

I can't tell you how many times I've attempted to contact finish line and demand they remove the hat they ripped off from my site. I asked Enzo and Paula numerous times and I've demanded the new owners remove that item from their website for years. Enzo and Paula were given a 1 time permission to use the design I own. They do not own the reproduction rights yet they continue to offer the item on their website. Not the type of company I do business with.

Found out you’re right. Serbs did own Finishline but now own just the original type parts supply. That’s pretty much the only parts I deal with. That explains the difference for sure!

On a positive note.

I have made two orders from Finishline, the first one took some time to get, maybe 1.5 months with no feedback. The second has shipped in just in less than a week.

Seems like things are improving at Finishline.

I thought a couple of the guys around here were going to buy that place and try and run it right. Am I imagining that or did the deal fall through?

Default Dont trust this website

I've bought from this website 6 months ago and no news of the product. Tried to contact and call them but no answer.
My bank fortunately refunded me this week.

With a thread that is nearly a hundred posts long and over two years old warning about this reseller, it is astounding how someone would buy from them (apparently w/o reading) and then come to the thread to complain about what the thread speaks to.
