They are probably doing a stated value....State Farms stated value policies shot up last year as well....my agent looked into it and found that he could place it under the collector/classic vehicles and my insurance actually dropped in half

I don't have my policy number with me at the office....just tell him to make sure its under a classic or collector policy (and read the rules on them)
