That's not true. Lowering a cheap import, slapping stickers on it, welding on a coffee can fart-pipe to the exhaust, wood-screwing a chrome fire extinguisher to the plastic A-pillar covering and putting a stereo that cost more than the car did new doesn't make it a sports car ... not matter how crooked you wear your baseball cap.

A sports car is a sports car.

I am not sure why but since the Muira, I have not really liked the looks of anything that Lamborghini has done.

Except for the Diablo which for some reason I only liked very briefly when
Cindy Crawford hopped out of it with jean shorts and a tank top. It looked okay to me at that point.

Yeah. Had one. Drove like the Autopia cars at Disneyland; lots of noise, not much else. And - I don't recall exactly how it worked (it's been a few years) but if you didn't unlock the doors before you pushed the button (or some combination thereof) to pop the doors up the interior would fill with thick, oily smoke!

Yeah. That was a fun car. Sort of the automotive equivalent of an unlubricated catheter.

Your pal,
Meat.

You can tell that beauty is definitely in the eye of the beholder with the diverse opinions expressed here...

Here's one that should make the top 10 uglies: SAAB Sonnet

Personally, I think the TR6 is ugly and the TR7 is not (so much).

I hate the look of the '66 Corvette Stingray and the earlier chrome-ier one were pretty bad too.

But that's just My Humble Aesthetic Opinion.

What about the '67 Bristol Arnolt? Looks like it has a gland problem.

while we are discussing baseball caps, where DO you buy those ones with the peak at the back or the side? I have never seen them for sale anywhere. The only ones I have ever seen down here in Austin ALL have the peak at the front...Can you get them on eBay?

I think they are custom special order from Shelby America. Long waiting list and they come with papers and his signature too.
