What makes him think that any site is scam free? Aside from that, it doesn't sound like a scam occured. The 30 day deal came and went.

Well isn't this interesting. So Lewis, how's it going with the '72 Vette and Mustang you bought on e-bay? No doubt you ARE a 'used car dealer', as such, you gotta play by the rules. Which appear to be, 30 days or forfeit in this case. Might be different for an individual purchasing a car for himself, but as a dealer? No excuses, you would have done the same thing to anybody buying one of your watches or one of your cars. It's 'just business' after all.
