Sheesh, you can fget financing for a house in less than 30 days if you are qualified. To answer the question of what I would do if I was in JBo's place, I would have walked away from the deal as soon as I had a chance since it appered something fishy was going on.
Jay

I noticed you took your car for sale pages down from your web site. Seems to me like you are attempting to broker cars imported from the United States. It's a shame you did not have your act together before you screwed up this deal for what looks like a really beautiful AC MKIV, My advice as someone who has sent 20+ cars to Australia, leave it to the professionals next time around as you make a lousy car broker.

the cars on my websit is only a small part of my collection, you are correct 20+ cars from the US, how many are on my web page.

Make sure you get the cash upfront. No deposits.

Guys, he's not a car dealer, but a watch dealer. It bears repeating. Again and again. **)

This thread is too good to be true. April Fools Day is only a few days away. Is this an April Fools joke? Come on.

I have 37 cars in my collection, and have 12 or 13 cars for sale does that make me a car dealer

Your collection, if they are part of your collection then why is it they all appear to be for sale by you. The way you dropped the web pages so quickly it appears to me that you are hiding or rewriting them to try and make yourself appear to be less guilty of posting lies here.

Again just my personal opinion.

Bill S.

PS: I did not say you had imported 20+ cars to Australia, but that I had exported 20+ antique and specialty cars to Australia. But thanks for admitting that you are indeed a wannabe auto broker doing it as a sideline to your watch shop. They say people learn from their mistakes, in your case the jury is still out.

Yes, yes it does...Do the Australian Motor Vehicle authorities know that you are dealing in cars as an unlicensed dealer/broker?
