Hmmm, I didn't think you could buy a Class III unless it was maunfactured before, what, 1986, when the crapola hit the fan? Maybe they had the '16 "pistols" back then. No clue here.

My thoughts exactly when he said it was 'new'. If it's really new then it's not a full auto.....or at least we shouldn't be talking about it.

How about organizing a picnic like this one, I always liked Wisconsin!

Ralphie, here in AZ, just about any non-felon, adult can carry a firearm in full view and no permit is required. It was a shock to me, 31 years ago, when I first moved here, but its so common that I am no longer surprised.

David, If you have a newly manufactured class III weapon that is not registered, please make me aware anytime you are going to bring it anywhere. In my job, I cannot afford to have any association with a weapons charge. Especially one that may be terrorism related and according to the latest rulings, that could be the case. I just don't want to be in proximity when and if it goes down.

Not sure how high it was as they were coming in from behind us. Move? I wasn't about to be running around with brass falling and bullets coming at us. Only lasted a few seconds I think but that was enough.

Jeff and I went to the NRA Convention. Should be called the AR-15 Convention. Boy, are there a lot of mfrs now. I liked the one that used most parts of the Glock 21 so you end up with a .45 caliber semi-auto rifle with long magazines.

Dave,
Put me on the list of wanting to check that bad boy out too. With all the possible Toys coming out to play I better start robbing my piggy bank so I can afford the ammo.

The first thread for this topic was over a month ago. With the rain I can't get the cobra out so I am going shooting. I would love to do it as a group but I don't want to wait for my hair to turn gray either. I say lets book a weekend and just do it. Either way , I will burn some ammo in your guys name this weekend.

OK,

I'll hijack my own thread...

Ron, How are you doing? Any problems?
I'm down 120.

Not too bad. I spent 3 days in the hospital last week with dehydration. I thought I might get 1 bag (= to 1 litre) and ended up getting admitted and got 5 bags over 24 hours. I was a bit worse than I thought. I got an upper gi ( a big garden hose put down in your stomach to look around but at least it was from the top as opposed to from the bottom) and found I had a stricture where the opening from my stomach was half the size it was supposed to be. That was causing me to throw up 6-8 times over 5 days last week. They fixed it and everything has been good since then. tuesday is my 8 week mark and I am down exactly 60. I lost 40 in the first month so things are slowing down a bit. I have about 60 more to go. I am feeling much better and was able to take the cobra last week fro the first drive that the wind didn't really affect my asthma like it has in the past.

I will stop boring everyone with my rambling. Thanks for asking. It has been 2 weeks since i sold teh superformance but I am still waiting for the transport company to pick it up to be shipped to europe.

Ron,

Now that the stricture is fixed... Remember 64oz minimum. 90+ for the summer.

Keep up the good work.
