Merv,
If you want to stay production style long runner intake you cant go past this TFS package from summit,
comes on silver and black, nice torquey street package.Very comprehensive and an absolute bargain compared to buying over here or seperatly..

http://www.summitracing.com/parts/TFS-K514-350-370/

Also you would need 65-70mm t/body,24lb injectors and a chip, 70-75mm maf.

Peter..

Hi Guys,

I bought a car with Rousch 427sr and the Mass Flo system. The system seems very good.

I was wondering how the FAST efi system compares?

One concern I have are unique compenants. My understanding is that only the MAF is unique on the Mass Flo system. So as long as they are around we'd be ok...but if they closed that GM MAF converted to a Ford signal if failed would not be replacable. Or can the wiring and add-on that converts the signal be adapted to a standard GM MAF????

Jeff

Peter (above) could probably answer that as he is right this minute fitting my MassFlow system (and Trickflow heads, cam, rockers and so on ..). I have no knowledge of the FAST system.

My home work on this suggests that MassFlow is an organisation that is doing very well and that they are well respected for their product and service. I feel that they will be around for some time!

The short answer is that the GM meter can work because the wiring attached to it is actually a Frequency to Voltage converter. Also any of the Pro-M Racing meters will work as well.
