I have just moved house and I have a shed the same size. I am planning a hoist as well but have a clear span floor so I don't have to manouvre around support beams. I have just painted the floor as the concrete dust is a real pain.
Now I'm in the process of sorting out what goes where, but I am loving the space. Currently Hilux living in there, then I get my 40 series Landcruiser back next week, then hopefully in a month or 2, more likely 2, I'll have my Cobra in there.
I am sure that you will love having that space, I am looking at getting more 3 phase outlets as there is only one in my shed  .
