Check the male flare for a complete circle on the 37degree face, indicating a complete seal. It may just need a little more grunt. However there are formed aluminum faces that fit over the existing male flare and are made of dead soft aluminum. They create a new sealing surface and work well. I had a leak at the oil cooler this eliminated it. Double check the installation of the hose end to the hose.
