If you build one big trolley you will need a hoist to get the car on and off
I made two small trolley so I can lift it on and off the trolleys one end at the time with my trolley jack.
The size of your jack will dictate the height you make them.
Let me know if you want a drawing of what I built

I'm interested:3DSMILE:

Email sent. Thanks lex.

The activity at Pace is picking up with a car leaving the factory every couple of weeks I think.

I am not there every day so its a guess I suppose.

There are new faces at Pace and all seem to have something to do.

Update for my Pace 427

Windscreen Washer Bottle

Header Tank and Overflow Bottle

Oil Cooler Lines from Cooler

http://www.clubcobra.com/photopost/d..._to_Engine.jpg

Oil Cooler Lines from Cooler to Engine.

The Engine cooling system is nearly finished all I have to do is fit a couple of

hoses to the system and finish tightening some clamps and nuts.

I still have to fit the squirters in the body and run a plastic line from the bottle to the squirters .

The exhaust headers should be finished next week (I have been saying this for

a few weeks now but as everyone knows the first one is allways the hardest)

Just waiting for the gauges then fit the dash and its off the get the car wired.

Cheers

Brad

Brad - when you said you were putting a standard 5.0 motor in there, I thought you might divert your focus away from engine bay aesthetics. It's great to see some bling with the alternator, pulleys and fluid reservoirs. Things are looking nice and shiny in the engine bay. With a polished MassFlow manifold and a nice polished air cleaner on top, the picture will be complete ;)

Looks awesome mate, up dates are great.

It appears that you belt may be slightly misaligned, and no, I don't need excuses that its not finished yet.

All good, and waiting to see it at breakfast when there will be ten deep.

I've got a question Brad. How do you fill the window washer bottle? Seems to be tucked right up there under the front left guard.

^this.

I was thinking exactly the same thing.

Re you sending the car to be wired, doesn't the comprehensive kit include a body wiring harness? Or are you referring to the engine wiring?

PS...it was great to meet you @ Shelbyfest Brad.

Hi Guye

The washer bottle sits in a bracket which just fixes onto the chassis with 3/16 unc button head hex screws.

The bottle attaches to the bracket with 2 hose clamps all Stainless Steel.

I will post a photo of the bracket.

The wiring harness is supplied with the comprehensive kit but you need the ECU to be wired and all the other stuff that needs to be done by someone more competent than myself.

I am a great believer that experts should do things in the field that they are experts.

I have seen work done by Peter Handcock and it is truly beautiful.

Brad, you've included an extra letter D into Pete's surname. I know that auto electricians require a deft touch and delicate skills with their hands, but you've taken it to another level!

Hi Wazza

Peter Hancock will be forever known to me as "Chunky"

I don't like using nicknames unless i know the people very well.

Young Brad I like that it can be my new nickname.

You don't miss anyone do you Warren haha.

Engine Bay is Finished

http://www.clubcobra.com/photopost/d...on_Chassis.jpg

Washer Bottle Fitted the bracket is bolted to the Chassis

http://www.clubcobra.com/photopost/d...m_Finished.jpg

All the Engine Water Plumbing is finished. All I need is a couple of Radiator Caps.

I have had to remove the inner guard to drill and tap the hole for the washer bottle no big deal only 5 small bolts.

It also gave Peter some more room to work on the exhaust.

Cheers

Brad
