I've got the same deck DART block but with a bored out 4.155 bore that equates to 369 cubes. Thirty cubic inches is a lot of torque to give up. I run a hydraulic roller cam that I spin to 7,000 and it makes about 475 rwhp with a truck load of torque from about 2500 rpm. No oiling issues for me.....
Good to see another DART Windsor block, you won't break that in a hurry.
