I'm not sure I would use steel zip ties around a hose. Over time with vibration etc, it will wear through. I have seen a breather hose lying on top of a ali rocker cover wear through the cover. A bit of oil on the hose with dust turns it into grinding paste. An easy way to isolate 2 hoses is use a small vacuum hose, run the zip tie through the vacuum hose around the hose your supporting back through the vacuum hose and around the other hose that your supporting.
