Oil Coolers
Advice, after the event so to speak....
I've had a separate tranny oil cooler fitted in lieu of the previous radiator combined unit.
My tranny guy (no Les he is straight!) recommended it from an efficiency point of view - cooler oil longer tranny life.
From a functional point of view, was it worth it on a car that might not do any trackwork?
Personally, after having my gearbox rebuilt a more efficient form of oil cooling makes good sense and gives the car more of an original look.
Any opinions?
