Ben,
Ian is currently building a turnkey Cobra with and LS2 and fly by wire accelerator.He has modified the accelerator asembly so it mounts in the foot well nicely.I think he is also making up a special pedal....might be worth a chat .
Not sure if you can go mechanical TB as the loom/ecu is specific the the new TB arrangement.
Not sure what Peter has done but he is faced with same isue
