Either there are more emotional buyers keeping the price up or is the Roush name hold a constant resale value???

Just thinking out like loud and open to thoughtful feedback. Subject parameters might be too broad for a solid answer. Thanks for the info👍
While I'm not a fan per say, I don't believe it negatively impacts resale price.
Yeah, yeah I know, I (like FR65) would be less inclined to purchase if it had a Roush engine, but it wouldn't stop me, everything is fixable in these cars, and if the rest of the package is right, and the price is right, well I wouldn't cut my nose to spite my face

I dare say the majority of joe public may see the Roush name as a plus. Why? Marketing, branding and pretty packaging. Further, they're likely to be unaware and/or are poorly researched to suspect otherwise. See links in RK's posts for example.

If you are acquiring a BDR roller (nice cars by the way), have you considered a coyote engine?
Or even having a custom engine built for you to your specifications? (Note: this is different to a create engine).
Or are you purchasing a complete car in the 2nd hand market (ie: between two cars, with one of each engine you are requesting info about)?

PS: I'm happy (and relieved) for those who have had positive experiences.
I've no doubt that even the best engine builders will make an occasional lemon, sh!t happens, no one is perfect.
But it's how they handle it there after that separates the good, from the bad.

Either way, best wishes and good luck in your hunt!
