In the Cobra space, most experienced owners would consider low miles to be a negative. And not just for the decades old garage queens (if there are any such Cobras) but because a Cobra that hasn't been "broken in" is a nightmare for the non-tinkerer unless you happen to live next door the place that did the final assembly. And a low miles kit is even more suspect.
