GREAT!! Thank you SOO much for the link... it'll help me out a lot!!  Not looking forward to the registration fees though hahaha.. BUT we all got to do it!!

It explains everything in detail from the DMV visit to the CHP and BAR inspections to the final registration and title process. I would add that the document was written in 2009 when SB-100's were in high demand so there are some up front comments that do not apply today. For example I went in on December 21st and got an SB-100 number and there were still a dozen or so still available (that would have been unheard of a few years ago)
