Search for him here (or maybe someone can cross post links, the 11K cobra story isn't the only one but is representative) but there are lots of people here that have been ripped off by him to the tune of thousands of dollars, with no product delivered. Maybe one or two have managed to recover their funds but I doubt you'll get any kind of glowing reference from anyone that has dealt with him.
I don't know if he's dishonest or simply doesn't understand this kind of business and how to put a business plan together, but at the end when you've lost your money, it doesn't matter which it was.
