I have a watts linkage from Contemporary that I bought during the Burtis era. I paid about $450 for it. I will sell it for $350 and include shipping. I do not have the frame attachment points or the hub attachment brackets. I believe frame attachment points were added to all frames after the watts linkage was made available by the factory. They also offered machined aluminum hub carriers for attaching it to. Mickmate can set you up with hub attachment brackets. I don't know if anyone still makes the machined hub carriers.

George Petrus used to make hub carriers with watts linkage. You can contact him through his web page Cobraracing Racing Suspensions.
Dont know if he still makes them on order.
