Thanks guys. I'll be using a hydraulic throwout bearing. If it ends up leaking like all the horror stories portray, then I'll look into switching over to a traditional fork setup. I'll definitely be using a clutch stop to prevent over extension which seems like the root of most of the issues I've read about.
