Cobra Make, Engine: (building) - Hunter #74 w/ 302 small block (320hp under the hood). . . how many wires are there in a wiring harness?

Default '73 390ci out of a ford pickup . . . worth $350?
Have the chance to buy a 390ci from a running '73 ford pickup truck. She actually sounds pretty good running and runs strong.

So, do you think it is worth the $350 (complete engine) to buy it and maybe rebuild it?

Any thoughts . . . .
