Now you might not agree with those priorities and so you have a right to express your opinion and vote your values but you should recognize that you probably don't have all the facts or all the solutions . Again, quit driving your wife nuts and get a hobby. See you in 6 months...

Thanks for sharing, but you are way off the mark on your analysis of the background of posters here. First, I've handled billions and billions of dollars as part of the banking world during my lifetime - stayed close to whatever was happening in banking at the CFO level. I feel confident that I do know what's going on versus what should be going on - all one really has to do is study a little history covering financial matters to at least be able to comment on what is happening.

Secondly, this tuype of forum is where grassroots stuff gets started - you never can tell where 'comments' may lead, perhaps to revolution.

or the morose pathological doomsday senario's of Glen Beck. Your the one that would know if you are wasting your time on problems and solutions that you really don't understand. Do you disagree with my point that the current situation is very very complicated and not subject to the Joe the Plumber simple solutions ?? You know Cobra , we may be in a Revolution, and moving rapidly toward a Western European Progressive Society. I don't know, but neither does it worry me much because like most of the people in here, I have sufficient resources to take advantage of whatever the Government does.

In other words, you feel that we should be just like Obama supports, just trust that government will do the right thing or not, but in either case we have sufficient funds to handle any storm that comes our way, so just STFU and let it happen. Well, that sounds short-sighted and stupid to me (sort of like not voting at all) - ranting, venting, sharing what we do know or think we know is much better than doing and saying nothing - granted that a lot more of us should actually join the growing protests, but life happens and there is only so much time. I send emails to Politicians all the time, as do others here. That contact can make a difference, has made a difference in the past.

Actually, you sound like a liberal - as least your input if taken seriously would have the impact of assisting the Obama Administration directly and indirectly.

By the way, Hannity and Rush simply have a platform to rant and rave, but they simply are expressing Conservative and at times Libertarian views - Conservative/Libertarian core principles are practices by practically everyone here - no real reason to listen to Talk Radio, although it can be very entertaining as well as informative as to what is happening - as is this site.

Hopefully, you will now go away for the customary 6 months - we will be here taking care of business, as usual - nothing will change, so you may want to come back annually or perhaps every other decade.

By the way, you're not on Obama's payroll, right?
