There’s a fair amount of info on the FFR site about aluminum bodies. Mr Bruce suggested taking a glass body, turn it upside down and fill it with concrete. Pull it, flip it right side up and start hammering away! Quite a way to make a body buck! He might have something there!
Anyway, you might dig around over there and see what you come up with.
