Try using ridged copper tubing available from any home improvement store. You can get say 2 or 3 feet of needed length and diameter, elbows in 45* or 90* etc.. You can solder just about any shape needed and the NPT bung thats needed for a t-stat or sensor in place needed. Be careful not to get solder on wrong area. Once you are happy with job it is easily and cheaply chromed for about 25 bucks.
