I would follow the ERA advice. They have alot of factual data and they advise the use of Moroso Climbing Gear Oil which is an SAE 90 weight oil (you can get this from Summit) combined with 8 Oz. of Amalie Limited Slip Differential Additive or 2 tubes of GM Limited SLip Additive (GM Part # 1052358).
The additives make the lube slippery and stop "ratcheting" or sticking and clunking when you go around a sharp corner.
If you cannot find the Moroso CGO, then use an 80W-90 GL5 gear oil with one of the two Limited Slip Additives.
