Default Contemp Frame

Dave; Thanks for answering so quick!,My problem is: I installed my 1979 XJ12 rear diff on the Contemporary Frame and sure enough the "Pivot" shafts for the rear Control arms will not feed into the holes in the frame ( with the 0 Degree brackets). The underside of the Differential up near the yoke is very close (3/8") to the bottom of the "Cut-out" Factory made in the frame crossmember. If I "Tilted" the Diff (Yoke - downward) with shims to be able to line up the Pivot shafts - the Diff would hit the frame. I Spoke with CWI and was informed that Contemporary Frames need the use of the 6 Degree side brackets to work.I can send them to CWI and there is a way to Specially weld them and get them Redrilled and Tapered to work with this chassis. How does your Diff not hit the frame if you are useing the 0 Degree side brackets?. What year Diff are you useing?. Thankyou for your input Sir...Mike
