Looking to add some performance to a 306

I use to own a couple 5.0 Mustangs but it's been a long time and I am not sure if things have changed. Here are specs on the motor:

306 EFI 5.0 GT upper and lower intake
E7 heads with Street port and Polish
19# injectors
10:1 compression
CompCam XE266HR-12

I was going to start basic and within the next year add a supercharger. I was going to start with a Trickflow upper and lower manifold but I am not sure where I should go after that. Throttle body? What are a list of performance parts i can add to work my way up to a supercharger or what would you suggest?
